The appointee will be responsible for:
1. Supporting daily operations of the cleanroom research laboratory;
2. Supporting the lab users (UG, PG and Postdocs) in equipment operation;
3. Maintaining cleanroom facilities and equipment under the supervision;
4. Conducting equipment operation trainings for users, preparing training materials including operation manuals and training videos;
5. Conducting regular check to ensure users' compliance with NFF safety and contamination control rules; and
6. Performing any other ad-hoc duties as requested by supervisors.
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in material science, electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or related disciplines, or a relevant higher diploma/higher certificate. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Knowledge in electrical and mechanical services, laboratory safety and/or cleanroom environment is a plus, but not mandatory. The successful candidate should have good interpersonal and communication skills, and be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. (Duration: 1 year, renewable)
